We usually use the tracable shipping methods as UPS, TNT, EMS, DHL Fedex  to ship you the orders and the tracking numbers are available.as soon as the orders are shipped out, And you can receive your orders in 5 to 7 days. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. So you can receive the package derectly.Thanks for your cooperation.

 For the customs clearean, we have many methods and experiences, so your package is always  safe and 99% of the orders are safe for delivery. Here we would like to talk about the exceptions:

1, If the package have problem in our country Customs, we will be responsible and will resend all orders for free, you will nott need to pay any other charges. 

2, But if your package is held by your country Customs, you will need to contact the Customs of your country, and work with them on how to make your orders release from your country Customs. we will NOT be responsible in these cases, we can do nothing upon this. and your money will NOT be refunded, because we do have shipped the orders in time and paid for the shipping charges.

 All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held in your local post until you are able to sign for the package. we stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not happy with your order once you get it. You can send it back to us,we will refund the value of shoes to your next orders. All items must be in new unworn condition.

Return Rules:
1. If your products are lost as the shipping company's fault on the road or before it was sent abroad, please tell us, then we will resend your items for free. Seller will only resend the items if they are insured. For items sent by standard mail, in the event of customs issues, we will resend the package to you after confirmed.

2. We offer all the products pictures to you before your purchase.So if you are not satisfied with jerseys color and sizes but not the quality problems, returns are accepted for exchange or full refund of purchase price less shipping.Return shipping is at buyer's expense.

3. If our products are in a bad quality or mistaken version or dirty, pls take photos of them and send them to me. Then we will resend the good items for free after confirmed. We will take full responsibility if our goods have any quality problems.
